Shipping and Returns

Your memory foam mattress or memory foam topper will be shipped free of charge to most parts of mainland UK, except for the following post code areas:

IV  KW  ZE

HS  BT  PA

KA  PH  JS

These post code areas will incur a charge of  £19.00. Please speak to us before ordering if you require shipping to one of these postcode areas.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

1.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email by using the Contact Us page on this website before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.

1.2 You may return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus a £5.00 restocking charge, or exchange the goods minus £5.00 restocking charge.

The items must be in saleable condition and must include the original packaging and not be used or worn. We will determine the saleability of the item. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the goods paid for minus a £5.00 restocking charge or an exchange credit as required.

1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

in the event that the product has been used or where the packaging has been unsealed.

The provisions of  clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
